Pregnacare has been developed for women who are planning a pregnancy, already pregnant or are breastfeeding. It contains a careful balance of 16 vitamins and minerals including folic acid. It also contains vitamin B12, natural source vitamin E and minerals such as magnesium, zinc and copper.

How to Use

Take one Pregnacare tablet per day to be taken with the main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Pregnacare should only be taken on a full stomach.
